All tickets must be purchased by the 15th of September 2009, as it is now to late to mail tickets the names of those purchasing will be taken and you should contact the organizer upon arrival.
It is expected that the number of power socket at the venue will not be sufficient to meet out requirements, to avoid disappointment every exhibitor should pack the necessary number of gang plugs required to power the equipment they are bringing plus one spare socket for daisy chaining.
If you are unable to bring your own display (eg because you are traveling by train or air) please do not bring any equipment that requires one unless you have arranged to borrow a display from another exhibitor in advance as it is unlikely there will be any spare displays for you to use otherwise.
If you are an exhibitor don't forget to let the organizer know what you are going to be bringing and/or doing so that we can add it to the website.
Accommodation:
You will have to arrange you own accommodation. There are many places to stay in and around Luton, however if you intend to participate in the late night gaming sessions it makes sense to stay at the Chiltern Hotel (£50 per room per night, £55 including breakfast).
There are a limited number of twin rooms for those that want to share so arrange your room buddy and make your booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately the Chiltern does not take bookings over the internet, you can book direct by calling 01582 575911.
NOTE:
If you have tried a web search for the Chiltern hotel you may have come across a web site with a similar address (http://www.chilternhotelluton.co.uk). This is an independent booking agent called CenteralIR.com and not directly affiliated with the hotel.
If you prefer to book on line there is no reason why you can not do so through them or any similar site however any stated number of available rooms on such sites is only accurate in respect of their daily booking allowance. Several such sites are currently offering rooms for £44 per day (room only). If you make such a booking you can have breakfast charged to your room when you arrive at a cost of £7.50 for a Full English or £6.00 for the Continental per day to be paid on departure.
